Daily rate is $85.00
*(Maid Service by arrangement at extra minimal charge)*
A 50% deposit is required upon booking, and is refundable up to two (2) months prior to rental period (Less 10% administrative charges). No added taxes or gratuities added to your bill. Rental is inclusive of Water, Power, Garbage Cable TV, Laundry access and Airport Transfers.

All kitchen cooking utensils are stainless steel.
All china, glass, cutlery and towels, bed linen, face cloths, bath towels, kitchen towels and cleaning equipment are provided. Full size stove and refrigerators, air conditions and security screens.
